Shipping policy

Domestic: We ship all orders via UPS Ground to all 50 states + DC. Orders under $250 are charged a $15 shipping & handling fee. Orders over $250 are shipped free of charge. 

In a hurry? UPS 2nd Day and UPS 3-Day Select are also available for an additional fee. Please contact us at info@pariswest.com for these options.

International: If the recipient resides outside the U.S. and requires international shipping, please contact us at info@pariswest.com so that we can accommodate your shipping needs. Carrier rates, transit times and cost vary depending on the on the destination and service required. The customer is responsible for any Duties and Taxes the destination country imposes, and we are not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise in transit.

Handling time for all orders: Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday.  Please allow up to 3 days for all domestic UPS Ground orders to be processed and shipped out, and 2 days for 2nd Day and 3-Day Select. Transit may take up to 7 business days for UPS Ground shipping, and 2-3 days for expedited shipping services within the U.S. If you need to make more urgent arrangements, send us an email at info@pariswest.com and we will try to accommodate your needs. 

Delivery details and tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If for any reason a package is lost during transit, please first alert us by email at info@pariswest.com. A claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and a lost package investigation must be completed before we can replace or refund the item.
