Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Paris West! We understand that sometimes things don't work out and we're here to help with our return policy. Here's what you need to know:
Standard Return Policy:
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you can return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange by mail within 14 days of delivery. Items purchased at full price, and full-priced items purchased with a discount code or automatic promotional discount, may be returned for a refund. However, please note that Sale items can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
To initiate a return:
Please email us at info@pariswest.com to request a return and provide a reason for the return. Once the return is approved by Paris West, you must ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of the original delivery date. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused/unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. We cannot accept returns for used or worn merchandise.
Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and procuring your own shipping labels for returning your item. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx and purchase shipping insurance. You must include your name and order number inside the package for us to process your return. Shipping costs, to or from the recipient, are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your return, and your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds (if applicable):
If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5 days of our studio receiving the return. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment..
Exchanges (if applicable):
We are happy to exchange items within 14 days of delivery, just send us an email at info@pariswest.com with your order number detailing which item you would like to exchange in your purchase. If your requested item is available, you have 14 days from original delivery to send back your original purchase in order to process the exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@pariswest.com.
To cancel an order:
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email info@pariswest.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet we will cancel the order on our end and you will receive an email confirmation. Your original form of payment will be automatically refunded upon cancellation. If your item has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order and you must wait to receive the item and then initiate a return.
Other reasons for return:
Damaged on arrival: If for any reason your item arrives damaged from shipping, please send pictures and a description of the damage to info@pariswest.com as soon as it is received. Once reviewed and approved, we will email you a return label and instructions to either process an exchange for a new item or process a refund upon its return.
Incorrect product: In the unlikely scenario that you've received a product, color, or style other than what you ordered, please send photos and your order number to info@pariswest.com detailing the issue as soon as your order is received. Once reviewed and approved, we will send you a return label and instructions to exchange it for the correct item, or we will refund you upon return of the item if you so choose.
REFUNDS
A refund is offered in certain scenarios listed below. Please follow the instructions under the category that best describes your refund needs. Once your item(s) are received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
Full-Priced Items: If you've changed your mind and would like to return your order, we accept returns for refund within 14 days of delivery. Only full-priced items or items purchased with discount code at checkout may be returned for a refund. Sale items are not eligible for refund. You will be responsible for procuring your own shipping label and all return shipping costs.
